Dancer and Drummer
Rebecca Lamb earned a BA from Clark University in Worcester, MA. She has held dual certifications in both Personal Training and Group Fitness Instruction since 1996. After competing and placing in her first body building competition, Rebecca decided to change her focus from years of "lifting up weights" to "lifting up others" through music, singing and dance with Cape Cod African Dance & Drum. She heard the call of the drums in 2010 at Tara Murphy's African Dance class and knew she had found a new passion. Rebecca is currently a veteran employee at Riverview School, a local school for adolescents and young adults with disabilities. She serves as a full-time health and wellness coach to the students and staff. With no formal dance background, Rebecca continues to work hard to practice and perform with CCADD. When she isn't dancing or drumming, you may find her riding her Harley Davidson FSTFi with friends along Cape Cod's scenic beach side roads.
